The Manchester Melt

a puff pastry square is filled with your choice of tuna salad, egg salad, smoked turkey breast, black forest ham, or roast beef and swiss or cheddar cheese. its popped into a hot oven until the cheese melts and we serve it with a cup of our homemade, seasonal soup, a crispy dill pickle and honey mustard or horseradish creme on the side.
