A Conversation about Police Violence against African Americans

This program explores the history of policing in the United States, as well as the legacy of excessive police violence in the Detroit Police Department. The panelists will discuss the recent police execution of 20-year-old Hakim Littleton in the context of this national and local history. Three short videos will be featured to illustrate the extreme violence that has characterised police practices in the United States.
