For the month of March, we are thrilled to welcome Chef Craig Lieckfelt to Chef’s Table as he returns home to Detroit. Here, the 7th generation Detroit native shares a new perspective inspired by his original Guns + Butter concept; a celebration of Michigan’s bounty and the people who have shaped Detroit’s story. Chef’s Table is a communal dining experience at Detroit Foundation Hotel. This space is designed for culinary residencies – each distinctly Detroit – bringing new taste, technique, and talent to the dining room.
