Children's Butterfly Walk

Come join Friends of Rouge Park, the Edison Branch of the Detroit Public Library, Detroit Parks Coalition and the Detroit Bird Alliance for a FREE, fun-filled adventure at Rouge Park's Prairie Pathway & Butterfly Gardens! This in person event is perfect for kids who love nature and want to learn more about butterflies, pollinators and wildflowers. We will read stories about butterflies, walk through parts of the Butterfly Garden trail together and engage in some hands-on learning activities about butterfly anatomy and wildflowers.
