The Detroit Department of Transportation announces the public comment period for the FY 2021-2023 Title VI Program Plan in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964. Title VI regulations are designed to ensure that no person in the United States, based on race, color, or national origin, is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program for which DDOT receives federal financial assistance.
