This Sunday, May 3rd, U.S. Senate candidate Dr. Abdul El-Sayed will join Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in Detroit as part of the Fighting Oligarchy tour. Abdul was the first candidate endorsed by Sen. Sanders in the 2026 midterm cycle, with the Senator backing him on the first day of his campaign. This is the Senator’s second trip to Michigan in support of Abdul after drawing a large crowd at a rally in Kalamazoo last August.
