Two renowned chefs will work side-by-side in a breathtaking wooded setting to create an enchanted open-air dining experience filled with flavors from the forest. Chris Gadulka with Sylvan Table in Sylvan Lake and Johnny Prepolec of Alchemi in Royal Oak will create six distinct courses served along a quarter-mile trail. Each dish will feature Michigan-foraged ingredients. The event, hosted by Friends of the Johnson Nature Center, is designed to connect attendees with their natural environment in a whole new way and raise funds for the 40-acre nature center in Oakland County which is free and open to the public.
