LL& Latin Jazz

LL7 Latin Jazz is a high-energy, Detroit-based seven-piece ensemble that blends authentic Afro-Cuban jazz, New York salsa, and other Latin-inspired jazz styles with straight-ahead jazz sensibilities, delivering tight, creative arrangements that get audiences moving and dancing. Featuring saxophone, trumpet, trombone, vocals, and a driving rhythm section of piano, acoustic bass, drums, and Latin percussion, LL7 has performed at major festivals like the Detroit International Jazz Festival and Michigan Jazz Festival, won acclaim for their award-winning recording Motor City Mambo, and regularly appears at celebrated jazz clubs and community events throughout the region.
