LuFuki & Divine Providence / Indus Blues

7-piece Detroit creative music collective — LuFuki and Divine Providence and new duo Indus Blues (Tazeen & LuFuki) — assemble for a concert musical exhibition at Moondog Cafe. LuFuki and Divine Providence is a creative improvised music collective that combines elements of classical, rock, ‘jazz,’ and world music. Indus Blues is Tazeen and LuFuki’s latest music project exploring and fusing motifs and melodies from Hindustani Classical music and the Blues. Drawing inspiration from the flowing movement of the Indus and Detroit Rivers, bodies of water that represent connection and the journey to freedom.
