Next250 Declaration of Interdependence town hall

On November 11 at 12:00pm ET, Next250 will host a community town hall at Wayne State University to rally voices around the Declaration of Interdependence—a living document shaped by 2,500 Americans envisioning a future where every U.S. resident can thrive.

Detroit is the first stop in Next250’s national town hall series, which will travel to major cities to unite local voices around five core priorities:

• Living wage for all
• Climate justice for all
• Health care and reproductive rights for all
• Voting rights for all
• Common sense gun reform for all

Hosted in partnership with One Fair Wage Michigan and Michigan United, the event will feature local leaders, Detroit-area artists, and a traveling art installation, “We Be Going: An American Tapestry,” led by acclaimed artistic director Wyatt Closs. A light lunch will be provided.
