Public Archaeology Day
Come learn about archaeology, the study of past cultures, through fun activities and exhibits! Archaeologists from across the region will answer questions and show you their collections of artifacts from Detroit and beyond. Try on the equipment and gear archaeologists use, including underwater archaeologists! The Anthropology and Mineral Museums will be open too. This is a great day for kids and for curious adults!
