Reimagine: A Poetry Workshop
Join InsideOut Literary Arts for a poetry workshop inspired by the works in the Reimagine African American Art exhibit.
Participants will visit and learn about the world-class collection of African American Art, draft their own poetry in response to its themes, and draw connections between poetry and art from the Harlem Renaissance through the Black Arts Movement. This workshop will be facilitated by Mahogany Jones. Open to teens and adults. The workshop will begin in the Holley Room located near the John R entrance.
