This Saturday morning workshop offers a grounded, experiential approach to inner work that supports clarity, steadiness, and self-trust in today’s emotional and cultural climate. Through simple somatic practices, guided reflection, and integrative spiritual inquiry, participants will explore how the mind, body, and spiritual awareness function as an interconnected system — and how to restore balance when stress, uncertainty, or overwhelm take hold. Participants will be introduced to reflective journaling and body-based awareness practices through the "Journal of Glimmers & Somatic Exercises", included with registration and used as a companion during the workshop.
