Symphony of the Soul: A Night of Music and Mindfulness

Join us for the debut of Symphony of the Soul: A Night of Music and Mindfulness. This pioneering and heart enriching experience at the majestic FIM Capitol Theatre in Flint, Michigan, is a first-of-its-kind immersive symphonic breathwork journey. Proceeds from ticket sales support a pioneering breathwork study being held at the Diamond Rose retreat center in partnership with the Heroic Hearts Project, a non-profit organization serving U.S. military veterans. The study aims to show the efficacy of breathwork to treat PTSD and help alleviate mental health struggles.
