The Royal Oak Post Office – 200 Years of Community and Service

Since its inception in a log cabin near the current Washington Square Plaza, the Royal Oak Post Office has expanded and served as a vital community resource. The hub of the Royal Oak community. Learn about its various transformations from speaker John Dick, a retired Royal Oak letter carrier and member of the Michigan State Association of Letter Carriers Executive Board. He will have on display actual uniforms that the postal workers wore in the early years.
