Join us for Wellness Week, May 15th - 19th, at Bamboo! This week-long event is designed to help you prioritize your health and wellness with a variety of fun and engaging activities. From Mindful Monday yoga sessions to a Living Well Panel discussion on Wednesday, we have something for everyone. Tasty Tuesday will feature a healthy eating workshop in partnership with Sweetgreen, and Thursday's Thoughtful Thursday will help you learn how to practice gratitude and kindness . Finally, we'll wrap things up on Fitness Friday with a MOGO bike ride.
