The Motion Picture Institute (MPI)
The Motion Picture Institute (MPI) is a one-year film school in Southeastern Michigan. Our hands-on program, offers a combination of technical and creative classes; Which includes fifteen core film production courses and major concentrations in Screenwriting, Directing, Production & Editing. Located in Troy, Michigan, MPI draws its student body from all over the United States & Worldwide. The Motion Picture Institute was founded in 1998, and has graduated hundreds of aspiring filmmakers.
