Open Reception for Doug Cannell: Learning Curves
The Stamelos Gallery Center is proud to share Doug Cannell: Learning Curves with the campus and greater community. Learning Curves is an expansive collection of works by Detroit–based sculptor Doug Cannell. Cannell’s work is distinguished by his use of contrasting materials, textures, and the juxtaposition of the organic and the industrial. The reception begins at 5p.m. with a talk by the artist, Doug Cannell, beginning at 6p.m. Complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres provided.
