The Stamelos Gallery Center is proud to present a special guest artist Zoom lecture by Kristin Anahit Cass entitled: The Human Cost of Frozen Conflict discussing & displaying Cass’s remarkable photographs featured in her two new digital exhibitions The New Freedom Fighters: Women & Nonviolent Resistance and Borderlands Under Fire. Faced with the use of violence to enforce geopolitical borders, people struggle to preserve culture and community. This lecture considers the hope of many to end the bloody cycle of violence, learning to live together and embracing a better future for all. Q& A session with the artist will follow.
